I use hot glue for all manner of things but I've never used it to create a standalone item. It's always been an additive or adhesive. I honestly wasn't sure what I'd find when I started looking for projects and was thrilled to find today's project. It's super simple, elegant, and lovely.

A couple of notes: I use a high temp gun and it melts foam. Whichever kind you use, you might want to check your foam beforehand. That's why I put a plastic mask on top of my foam head. It was also a serious pain in the butt to remove the glue, which is likely the high temp and particular type of glue I use.
